From time to time our regular customers need to sell their mobile homes, campers or boats. When they are available we will post them here for your review.  For more information please call the park office at (315) 623-9436. Please note that the prices and information for these units do not include lot rent or utilities (for mobile homes or campers) or dock fees (for boats.) Mobile home and/or camper rental prices do not include the use of a boat dock. Renters must be approved by the office.

RV/Campers

We have 4 RV sites for rent, they range in size from 16 ft to 20 ft.
